Thank you for bringing joy into my childhood and life with your voice and acting. Thank you for your contagious jokes, your wacky impersonations, and amazing acting. Thank you for making my childhood experience better, and thank you for bringing joy to those even though you battled with your own joy. If only you could have known how much you’ve impacted people. Your life work will live on, and you will never be forgotten. I know I won’t forget you. Thank you for helping me whenever I felt sad and having a film for every mood. Gone, but never forgotten.

growing up is watching your younger sibling get taller and taller until they finally surpass you until you’re left a diminished pride and  memories of when you were the supreme sibling

Day four and I can be positive about this all until I walk in the door after work, and then it all hits me again. I actually miss my dad being late to pick me up. I miss that being the only time we could properly talk.
And I’m going to stop ranting about it online and actually write it down and get it all out of my system hopefully before my parents visit tomorrow night. I’m still telling them on Friday though.

It’s hard to sum up the last 10 years,  but it’s basically like being involved in some magical thing that’s much bigger than you are..
